Biography



Brief Biography: Xihong Zhou is received the received M.S. and Ph.D. degree from the Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Computer Science in the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Ehime University, Japan, in 2019 and 2023, respectively. Currently, he work as embedded system development engineer in Japan. His research interest includes Design (for High-Performance, Power-Consumption) and Test (for Reliability/Dependability: Testing, Diagnosis, and Design-for-Testability) of Computers (VLSI Circuits, In-memory Computing Devices, Reconfigurable/Programmable Devices, AI/IoT Edge Computing Devices).
